  • Free Cancellation: Many of our listed properties offer free cancellation up to a specific deadline usually one or two days before check-in. After this period, cancellations may incur charges or become non-refundable.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Some deals, especially discounted or promotional rates, may be marked as non-refundable. If you cancel under these terms, no refund will be issued.

  • Partially Refundable Options: Certain bookings allow for partial refunds depending on when the cancellation is made. These conditions will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

Deposit and Prepayment Terms

  • Deposits: Some properties require an upfront deposit to confirm your booking. If you cancel within the free cancellation window, the deposit is generally refundable. Outside that window, the deposit may be forfeited.

  • Prepayment: In some cases, a portion of your total booking amount often the cost of the first night may be charged in advance. For partially or non-refundable bookings, this amount is typically retained in the event of cancellation.

Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure)

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or travel restrictions (e.g., COVID-19), TravelersCarrier will follow special procedures. Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a full refund or an alternative accommodation without additional charges.

Refund Processing Time

If your booking qualifies for a refund, TravelersCarrier will initiate the process promptly. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Most refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Host-Specific Policies

 

Some accommodations listed on TravelersCarrier are managed by independent hosts who may apply their own cancellation and refund rules. These details are clearly shown during the booking process and included in your confirmation email. Please review them carefully before finalizing your reservation.
